SOURDOUGH FRUIT LOAF
Sourdough fruit loaf. Made with Shipton Mill regenerative organic flour (including spelt and barley), organic dried fruit (figs, raisins and dried apricots), pumpkin seeds and Cornish sea salt. A dash of local honey from the Seale and Sands village.
This is great toasted with jam, peanut butter and cheese. This reminds me of the fruit bread I used to buy in supermarkets growing up in Australia but without all the preservatives and added sugar.
Ingredients: ORGANIC WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate*, Iron*, Nicotinamide* & Thiamine*), ORGANIC FIGS (FIGS, RICE FLOUR) (20%), ORGANIC SPELT (WHEAT) FLOUR (18%), ORGANIC PUMPKIN SEEDS (7%), ORGANIC MALTED BARLEY FLOUR * Not Organic, ORGANIC DRIED APRICOTS, ORGANIC RAISINS, LOCAL HONEY FROM SEALE AND SANDS VILLAGE.
