Inspired by my travels to Sweden, these Kanelbullar are my take on the classic Swedish cinnamon bun — soft, fragrant, and beautifully spiced with cinnamon. They’re a festive favourite and one of the most comforting bakes to enjoy over the Christmas season.

 

Each bun is handcrafted using organic yeast, high-quality organic ingredients where possible, and the traditional Swedish shaping method that gives the dough its signature swirl and buttery layers. Nothing is rushed — the dough is slowly proved for deeper flavour and a light, tender crumb.

 

Perfect with a cup of tea, coffee, or even mulled wine, these buns are made to be shared with family and friends as a cosy festive treat.

 

A premium artisan bake, each bun is rolled, shaped, and glazed by hand, with ingredients carefully chosen for better flavour, better texture, and a more nourishing bake.

ORGANIC WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate* Nicotinamide*, Iron* and Thiamine*) * Not Organic, organic yeast, BUTTER (MILK), organic golden caster sugar, salt, organic cinnamon, sugar from Swedish sugar beets.
