A bold yet beautifully balanced sourdough, crafted for those who love depth of flavour without compromise.

 

This artisan loaf is naturally leavened with my mature microbakery sourdough starter, then generously studded with organic chedda rand jalapeños. The result is a golden, crusty loaf with a soft, open crumb, savoury richness from the cheese, and a gentle warmth from the jalapeños — flavourful but never overpowering.

 

Slow fermentation enhances digestibility and allows the ingredients to shine, making this a loaf that’s as satisfying as it is considered.

 

Perfect for:

 

  • Toasted slices with butter or avocado

  • Grilled cheese sandwiches

  • Serving alongside soups, eggs, or simple salads

 

Ingredients: ORGANIC WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate* Nicotinamide*, Iron* and Thiamine*) * Not Organic, water, salt, organic chedder, organic jalapeños. Flour contains folic acid,
