Sourdough sandwhich loaf made with a mixture of white and wholegrain flours and seeds. Made with Shipton Mill regenerative organic flour and Cornish sea salt and other ingredients (see below). This is a great loaf to have a diverse range of flours and seeds.
Great to make sandwhiches and toast. I would not advise to give this loaf to young children as it has a very high fibre content which makes it harder for younger children to digest. Please purchase my other white soudough loaf if for young children.
Ingredients: ORGANIC WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate*, Iron*, Nicotinamide* & Thiamine*), ORGANIC WHOLEMEAL WHEAT FLOUR, MALTED WHEAT FLAKES, ORGANIC SUNFLOWER SEEDS, ORGANIC MALTED BARLEY FLOUR, ORGANIC BROWN LINSEED, ORGANIC GOLDEN LINSEED, MALTED RYE GRAlNS*, ORGANIC PUMPKIN SEEDS. (* Non Organic ingredient), ORGANIC RYE FLOUR. Contains folic acid.
