SOURDOUGH RAISIN LOAF
Sourdough raisin loaf. Made with Shipton Mill regenerative organic flour (including spelt), raisins, Cornish sea salt. A dash of organic honey for natural sweetness.
This is great toasted with jam, peanut butter and cheese. This reminds me of the raisin bread I used to buy in supermarkets growing up in Australia but without all the preservatives and added sugar.
Ingredients: ORGANIC WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate*, Iron*, Nicotinamide*, Folic Acid* & Thiamine*), ORGANIC SPELT (WHEAT) FLOUR (18%), ORGANIC RAISINS, ORGANIC HONEY.
