This is a lovely artisan loaf made with stoneground white and organic spelt flour from Shipton Mill. A slightly different loaf to my classic white and Harmony blend, but still delicious.
 
Ingredients
 
Organic spelt flour, organic white wheat flour, water, salt.
 
Starter Ingredients: Organic white wheat flour with added Calcium Carbonate* Nicotinamide*, Iron* and Thiamine*) * Not Organic (no folic acid)
